**Product Support Manager**
Oxygen Care is seeking a Product Support Manager to lead the Operations and Product Support department. In this role, you will drive commercial and operational growth, oversee workshop and field operations, manage product support resources, and provide cross-functional operational assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Supervise and support field engineers to optimize their performance.
* Cultivate relationships with key customers and identify business expansion opportunities.
* Spearhead resource planning efforts and optimize resource allocation across departments.
* Coordinate specialized projects related to product support, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
* Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence within the team, promoting collaboration and open communication.
* Oversee the commissioning process for new products, guaranteeing smooth onboarding and effective handover to customers.
* Collaborate with internal departments to provide technical expertise and support, driving business success and customer satisfaction.
* Manage spare parts inventory and requisitioning, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing downtime.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
