Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile data centre project in Gavle, Sweden? We are seeking a driven and skilled individual to join a Tier 1 Engineering contractor.
This is a rotation-based role (3 weeks on, 1 week off) providing an excellent opportunity to work abroad while enjoying consistent time off at home. Accommodation, flights, and bills are fully covered while in country, allowing you to focus on your work and enjoy the experience of working in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and supervise electrical installations, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards.
2. Manage and coordinate teams on-site to ensure project milestones are achieved.
3. Liaise with project management and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
4. Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
5. Provide progress reports and documentation as required by the client.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale construction or data centre projects.
2. Strong understanding of electrical systems and relevant regulations.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Willingness to work on a rotational basis (3 weeks on, 1 week off).
Benefits:
1. Salary circa €75,000 - €85,000 DOE
