Our public sector services client, based in Dublin West, have an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team, for 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will provide HR guidance, support resolution of employee relations issues, analyze HR metrics and improve stakeholder engagement.
Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2-day WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREDProvide HR advice and support to assigned business areasUse employment law and policy & procedure knowledge to advise the best solution possiblePreparation and analysis of HR performance management data to share any requested intel/findingsAssisting in the development and implementation of organisational change initiativesContribute effectively to the workforce planning as neededAdvising on recruitment and retention strategiesSupport management to deal with employee relations issues, providing sound advice on any IR issues that may ariseManage recruitment processes through all stages, from drafting role specs to candidate selectionOn-boarding and induction processes for all incoming employeesSupport on payroll inputs for the organisationSupport the probation management process for all employeesDesign and deliver internal training courses as requiredEXPERIENCE REQUIREDThird-level qualification in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources or Business/Commerce5+ years relevant HR experienceA full Category B driving licencePublic Sector experience would be desirable but not essentialIndustrial Relations experience (Highly Desirable)Strong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsFor further information please contact Maryclaire Booth at ****** or +353(0)16146027
