Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You'll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate, you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.
As a consultant joining GROW, you'll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
As part of our Building Surveying community, you will survey a variety of commercial and residential buildings while also getting involved in refurbishment projects and professional work such as dilapidations claims. Our work varies and covers commissions of all scales across all sectors. This is an opportunity for you to grow your skills and ability in advising on the condition of buildings and ways to improve them. The work will involve site visits and inspections as well as report writing.
