About Your New Employer
Working with Ireland's leading independent distributor, importer & supplier of industrial electrical components who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator in their Little Island branch. The successful candidate will ensure all customers are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner. Manage your allocated Customers effectively. Provide backup when required to Trade Counter. Communicate and liaise with all other Internal Departments and Branches efficiently and effectively.
Support the External Sales Team as required.
About Your New Role as Sales Support Administrator
* Ensure all Customers are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner, and all orders and quotations are raised on the SAP software system efficiently.
* Maintain regular contact with key personnel within these Customers.
* Communicate and liaise with Stores, Purchasing and Accounts Departments to deal with day-to-day issues including Deliveries, Purchase Order due dates, Credit Notes, Credit Limits, and Cash Sale payments.
* Provide backup and support for the complementary Sales Office functions including dealing with web queries, supporting Trade Counter staff, monitoring emails.
* Deal with Customer orders, enquiries and requests for Quotation received from the External Sales Team.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar type role or industry is an advantage.
* Admin and customer service experience.
* Must have a good understanding of systems.
* Good computer skills.
* Great communication and excellent English.
What's On Offer
* Salary €28k - €30k

* 08:30 to 17:00 (Monday to Thursday) & finishing at 16:00 on Friday.
