The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.The Global Deal Strategy Team is looking for a Pricing Manager in Dublin, Ireland to fill a key role supporting pricing programs, deal strategy and pricing approvals for LinkedIn’s largest Enterprise customers. The Pricing Manager will partner closely with sales over customer-facing deal pricing, enhancing deal processes, and partnering closely with our sales teams in order to close strategic deals with our top customers. If you’re a person who loves pricing and structuring deals, is detail-oriented, has a high aptitude for problem solving, and is excited by driving growth through global, cross-functional initiatives, then LinkedIn and GDS would love to talk to you.Responsibilities:Partner as a trusted advisor with LinkedIn’s sales professionals across all levels to structure and execute on strategic enterprise-wide deals.Manage pricing and deal strategy using data analysis to support recommendations and approvals for our EMEA GCP and LSS GAM Enterprise customer segments.Deal Structuring: Analyze various pricing scenarios (such as tiers and ultimate parent tiers, discount structures, HEP, LEP, TEP, SSEP and usage-based pricing) to determine the optimal pricing program based upon customer requirements, budgets and business considerations.Collaborate effectively with sales, legal, revenue and deal desk teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the deal strategy and pricing offer.Pricing Innovation: Creativity and out of the box thinking to resolve pricing, operational, or program limitations.Analyze various pricing scenarios to determine the optimal pricing offer based upon customer requirements, budgets and business considerations.Objection Handling: Proactively manage and resolve pricing objections.Business Value Services: Leverage large datasets to gather insights on customer proposals and reports to senior leadership prioritizing key value metrics.Pricing Strategy: Lead programs or workstreams on pricing strategy and enterprise initiatives.Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current processes and make recommendations for areas of improvement.Tiger Teams: Ad-hoc responsibilities on special projects and analysis as needed.SaaS Expert: Guarantee that deals follow proper revenue, legal, and operational guidelines to maintain pricing integrity.Build effective business relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk & Finance teams.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:4+ years of experience in a deal desk, pricing function, finance, sales operations (forecasting) or other pricing role.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.Experience on a Cloud/SaaS Deal Desk or pricing team as a deal approver.Effectively collaborate with highly cross-functional teams.Experience working with B2B enterprise sales organizations.Demonstrated communication skills, effectively communicating with various levels within an organization, including executive leadership.Ability to think creatively with great attention to detail.Compassionate team player.Proficiency with SQL, Tableau Dashboards, Power BI, and familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce.com).BA/BS Degree.Suggested Skills:Critical Thinking.Ability to analyze large data.Executive Communications.
