**Service Manager Job Description**
We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-brand service department.
This role requires strong leadership, industry expertise, and a customer-focused mindset to drive efficiency, profitability, and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
* Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service and issue resolution.
* Manage workshop schedules, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
* Monitor KPIs (revenue, productivity, customer retention) and implement improvement strategies.
* Maintain legal and manufacturer compliance, including health and safety regulations.
* Work closely with parts, sales, and warranty teams to enhance the customer experience.
