Supply Chain Planner
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Dublin, Ireland for a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage supply plans for relevant materials associated with the product portfolio.
* Prepare and maintain stock overviews for relevant products, including supply and demand requirements.
* Work with the Global Supply Chain Inventory Optimisation team to set targets for RSMs, intermediates, APIs, and bulks.
* Plan and maintain required inventory levels of starting materials, API, and bulk as agreed.
* Interrogate SAP demand and engage with customers and Global Supply Chain to understand drivers behind demand changes.
* Evaluate and align SAP demand with actual requirements.
* Review forecast changes on a monthly basis and prepare updated forecasts.
* Maintain accurate planning master data for all products within the area of responsibility.
* Manage supply impact of regulatory changes.
* Liaise with customers and coordinate supply planning with Supply Chain VPT representatives.
* Place and maintain purchase orders in SAP.
* Provide input into metrics discussions and participate in metrics review meetings.
* Communicate product-related inventory risk to ExM inventory control and finance teams.
* Maintain strong relationships with supply chain counterparts at other sites, Global Supply Chain, and CMOs.
* Participate in Global Supply Chain meetings to ensure alignment on product strategy.
* Lead supply chain meetings with customers to ensure alignment on customer requirements.
* Execute scenario planning and develop contingency plans as necessary.
Key Requirements
* APICS or related qualification
* Supply Chain experience in a global manufacturing and supply environment
* Understanding of Supply Chain and Regulatory operations in a cGMP environment
* Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry
* Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP and SAP BW reporting, and related data analysis tools
* Knowledge and understanding of planning master data
