Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Northern Ireland
Salary: £34,000 plus commission
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The role is to drive sales and grow the business in Northern Ireland for an established foodservice company serving customers across the island of Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to take the next step in their career by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the market
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure delivery of quality products and services
* Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
* Work with the CEO and Managing Director to set relevant KPIs and achieve sales targets while keeping up-to-date sales reports
The Person We Are Looking For:
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within FMCG/Foodservice industries
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
* A motivated, self-starter with a can-do attitude
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
