The Technical Project Manager serves as HiredScore's solution consultant, also bridging between the development team, product team, and client during the project implementation period, all to ensure that the client will be able to extract the greatest value from the product post-launch and ensure commitments are delivered on time.You will gain experience working with diverse stakeholders such as HiredScore’s executive team, development, product, and professional services teams, customer success teams, and our client’s senior leadership.Partner and collaborate with cross-company stakeholders and teams such as Product, R&D, Data Science, and Customer Success to develop delivery plans that balance scope, time, and quality as well as validate, launch, support, and monitor new featuresCreate and manage day-to-day project plans; monitor and review progress and timelines and adjust as needed; Identify, track, and resolve issues to ensure meeting commitments and project successTrack and communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and actions to internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrate strong project leadership skills and analytical acumen to overcome challenges and drive project successUnderstand client needs and challenges, offering valuable and viable solutions to meet their requirementsConfigure HiredScore product in client environment as per Statement of Work and project implementation planManage relationships and communication with the client and all stakeholders to guarantee satisfaction with the project's deliveryCommunicate to the client any maintenance needs of the new implementation for a defined period post-launch.Maintain detailed documentation of key tasks, milestones, and client interactions for comprehensive project monitoring and reviewWork with client Success teams and Support to transition the account from the implementation phase to the launch, training, and adoption phase, ensuring a smooth handoverIdentifying opportunities for further business & product development, or potential risks that could impede or slow progress of implementation, notify key stakeholders when neededAbout YouBasic Qualifications4+ years of experience in a Technical or Project Implementation Management with hands-on configuration experience2 years experience implementing SaaS / have worked in a Software Delivery environment of large scale projects1 year experience with configuration tools and able to fulfill technical tasks2 years experience with external client-facing of global enterprise3 years experience technical configuration of using XML or YML files or Self Service tools1 year experience with Query from SQL/NoSQL databasesAvailability and flexibility to work during US hoursOther QualificationsDemonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; adjust to shifting priorities, Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementationStrong analytical skills, thorough understanding and capability to interpreting client business needs and translating them into application and operational requirementsComfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressureFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycleExperience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday, and Documentation repositoryPursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
