CCM is searching for a talent to: Guide and support candidates for smooth application and onboarding.
Collect documents, process necessary documentation for visa application and other registration applications.
Manage complex relocation and travel logistics.
Assist with quality and compliance management.
Your Responsibilities:
Document Processing Handling various types of documents submitted by candidates, such as passports, visas, medical certificates, and educational transcripts, and processing them according to the requirements of immigration and labour laws of destination country.
Coordinating with the relevant organisations, universities, embassies, and offices in relation to document legalisations, verifications, attestations, and visas.
Prepare and submits candidates paperwork in compliance and in accordance with the requirements of various clients.
Using the standard forms and templates set out in the procedures for specific tasks being undertaken such as candidate file sheets and checklists.
Workflow Management Managing the workflow of processing candidates applications, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of each step in the process.
Maintains strict deadlines and documentation requirements of clients and candidates.
Communication Facilitating communication between different stakeholders involved in the processing of candidates applications, such as government agencies, immigration authorities, healthcare institutions, and applicants themselves.
Liaising with clients, Department of Foreign Affairs, notary public; visa agents; schools; health authorities; employers and other service providers as required Maintain a good working relationship with employees, employers, clients, service providers and candidates.
Documentation Security Ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information throughout the processing of applications, including data encryption, secure communication protocols, and secure storage mechanisms.
Compliance and Regulation Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and policies governing the immigration and employment of foreign healthcare workers in destination country, including visa regulations, labour laws, and healthcare licensing requirements.
Maintaining the company compliance resources and standards.
Administration Creating any required documents for both internal and external use.
Any other administration related tasks assigned by the management.
Your Profile:
Preferably a Bachelors degree in any field.
At least 2 years post-graduation experience Previous administration, record keeping, reporting experience and logistical experience desirable.
Demonstrable experience database management.
Demonstrable experience document processing and the ability to process large volumes of information accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Detail orientated with strong planning, workflow management and organizational skills.
Overall strong computer and software application skills, especially proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Power Point Possess analytical, time management, and task management skills.
Have an understanding quality management and compliance.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Customer service orientated.
Energetic, self-motivated, independent.
Possess necessary work permit to work in Ireland.
Fluent English speaking skills (C2).
