What is the role: The Planning, Performance & Engagement team (PP&E) within Technology & Data has a key role in enabling the Bank's strategy by driving transparency, consistency, and accountability across all Technology & Data functions.
Reporting to Head of Change & Value Management, this Level 4 role is crucial in ensuring our partners are delivering real value to AIB and supporting Technology & Data deliver key strategic outcomes for AIB.
Key accountabilities: The role holder are responsible for managing their portfolio of partners to ensure optimal delivery against requirements and agreed services that evolve in line with the agreed strategic direction.
The role holder will be responsible for having full understanding of each partner contract with an ability to seek out opportunities for contract value management and will drive an ongoing high standard of productivity and value delivery from the partners They will act as a trusted advisor to the SMT operational owner of the relevant technology services and ensure appropriate value creation, strategic alignment and delivery on relevant contractual commitments Responsible for ensuring that the Partners are aligned to and engaged with the Operational Efficiency Processes in Technology & Data and will engage/ contribute to Operational Efficiency Task Force in this regard.
This is a highly collaborative role supporting the internal Technology stakeholders, wider AIB stakeholders (e.g.
Partner Business Owners; T&D Third Party & Supplier Relationship Management; Strategic Sourcing) and third-party stakeholders to deliver their respective priorities and drive value for AIB Champions a Customer First culture in support of our Purpose, strategic ambition and Brand Values, by ensuring processes and procedures consistently promote good outcomes for all our customers.
Prepare performance reports and other required reports to track and demonstrate key supplier value e.g.
VMC updates - CCD's/ Benefits tracking, Contract Delivery MI - Key Milestones/ Outcome, Contract Cost Forecast vs Plan and Industry benchmarking What you Will Bring : Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in an IT Project management or Partner Relationship Management role Strong commercial acumen with background and related experience in contract negotiation Strong leadership and organisation skills with 5+ years of experience influencing and inspiring stakeholders to deliver strong results, ideally in a financial services setting Excellent team player, with the ability to collaborate and build rapport within the team and develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across all levels in the organisation to deliver results Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex and technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and evaluate business needs, opportunities, and risks Why Work for AIB: We are committed to offering our colleagues choice and flexibility in how we work and live and our hybrid working model enables our people to balance their time between working from home and their designated office, subject to their role, the needs of our customers and business requirements.
