Our Client is a leading provider of innovative solar solutions, committed to driving sustainable energy practices across Ireland and beyond.
As part of their expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Solar Solutions Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the technical lead for Fusion Solar & Storage projects, utilising the client's products as a solution.
* Engage directly with end customers, providing support to bring their solar projects to fruition.
* Collaborate with the client's internal local and regional teams to align technically and follow up on large tender contracts.
* Develop a deep understanding of the product offering, solutions, unique selling points (USPs), and the Irish electrical grid.
* Conduct workshops to present material on Solutions to key customers.
* Lead technical discussions with customers, addressing project challenges and providing optimised solutions, such as layout improvements to enhance system capex and LCOE.
* Coordinate with account managers for project bidding and follow up on issues during testing, workshops, and bidding activities.
Requirements:
* Proven industry experience with large-scale solar or storage projects.
* Passionate and motivated about solar energy.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across cultures and countries.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, able to work well under pressure with a calm demeanour.
* Proficiency in PVsyst or similar software.
* Understanding of grid requirements is beneficial.
