Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager
for a leadership role in Co. Cork.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly, dedicated individual who will quickly take up a leadership role within the Hotel Team at a managerial level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and guidance to the team across all spectrums of the HR function while effectively managing and developing our people.
* Assist in the development and delivery of human resource projects, plans, and tactics that improve overall organisational capability and performance.
* Manage the overall strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities also include:
* Managing the Human Resource function within the hotel, in line with the Company's culture, mission statement, and core values.
* Dealing with or providing support for all employee queries, requests, welfare-related matters, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
* Playing a key role in the implementation of wage control.
* Overseeing payroll/actively completing payroll.
* Working with the HR Director managing the HR budget.
* Ensuring that Department SOPs are up to date and in use.
* Maintaining all documentation and personnel files/records safely, securely, and confidentially, in accordance with Company and statutory obligations as appropriate.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Hospitality preferred.
* Excellent people management skills and ability to communicate with and motivate the Team.
* Thorough, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment law.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* A hands-on, proactive, and can-do attitude, always leading by example.
