This is a really exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to take their career to the next level. There is no Cold Calling. You will convert inbound calls to Sales and then manage the whole life cycle from Sales - Site Works - Payment.
You will operate alongside the Managing Director & Operations Manager. You will be Top Tier Level.
The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You must be comfortable presenting products & services over the phone and have proficient IT & administration skills. The job is based full time in Dublin 12. There is no remote working.

The Role:
* Manage the Life Cycle of the Sales & Operations Process.
* Close inbound calls and allocate the crew appropriately.
* Deliver a professional, efficient and timely standard of customer service.
* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
* Ask questions to identify customer needs effectively and maximize sales opportunities.
* Build an excellent knowledge of our products.
* Collect, compile and update customer records.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Business Development (min 2 years). We will train you on the Operational aspect of the business.
* Comfortable in both the B2C & B2B worlds.
* Self-motivated, competitive individual with drive, enthusiasm and a proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably over the phone.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to meet targets within a team environment.
* Confident and professional manner.
* Fluent English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €50,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
* Commission pay.
