Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee our high-end dining operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct all aspects of the dining and private dining operation
Job Purpose
As part of our Food and Beverage division, you will work closely with the senior hotel team to meet revenue and cost targets, ensuring a profitable business operation. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality, efficiency, appearance, and hospitality.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record as a restaurant manager
* Previous experience in luxury 5* hotels or Rosette/Michelin establishments
* At least 5 years' experience in F&B management
* Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
* Good knowledge of food & wine
* Experience in staff training and development
* Financially aware and computer literate
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* 'Hands on Manager'
