Sous Chef for Hotel in Dublin City
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Dublin city.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced chef to take on a key role in driving the success of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
* To lead by example in excellent food production and assist in the training of existing and new staff
* To work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* To maintain a high level of hygiene and adhere to HACCP standards
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a 4-star hotel environment
* Prior banqueting experience is essential
* A valid work permit is required
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for creating innovative dishes and menus
