Due to our expanding portfolio, we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team.
Our projects primarily focus on residential developments but also include commercial offices, schools, crches, and retail spaces.
Job Title:
Architectural Technologist Key Responsibilities Support architects in developing designs from concept to planning approval, including the preparation of planning applications.
Produce high-quality construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building regulations and client requirements.
Stay up to date with current Planning Regulations, TGDs, and Building Control Regulations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure fully integrated designs.
Identify and resolve design and technical challenges proactively.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure construction aligns with specifications.
Requirements Degree in Architectural Technology.
3+ years of experience in an Irish architectural office.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Revit or other BIM software is an advantage.
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
