My client in the public sector is looking to hire a PA Based In Kilkenny
* 35 Hours per week
* Monday - Friday
* Immediate start
* Temporary position
* €27.31 per hour

Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Act as a first point of contact for the General Manager.
2. Provide administrative support to key members of the team.
3. Diary management.
4. Minute taking at board meetings.
5. Create and draft meeting agendas.
6. Receiving calls and dealing with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
7. Organising internal and external meetings.
8. Managing all correspondence.
9. Preparation of presentation slides and material using PowerPoint.
10. Assist with coordination and management of special projects, as required.
11. Various ad-hoc administration duties.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a Personal Assistant role.
* Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to use them effectively to improve performance and communications.
* Evidence of ability to adapt to changes in the working environment whilst working within tight deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
* Experience in handling confidential information, demonstrating high levels of integrity and discretion.
