Job Description:
The Regional Facilities Manager will oversee the provision of facilities management services for commercial buildings and operational sites in the West North Region.
This includes managing reception services, spatial planning, capital project support, cleaning, catering, postal services, and building maintenance.
Responsibilities:
* Manage facilities management services for Commercial Buildings and Operational sites in the West North Region.
* Support strategic projects involving offices, national stores, depots, laboratories, etc.
* Deliver operational activities planned, corrective, reactive, and emergencies associated with assigned properties.
* Manage day-to-day facilities issues and act as an escalation point.
* Meet with Senior Managers to discuss current and future facilities and space requirements.
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders.
* Ensure high-quality, responsive, and effective service is provided to all customers.
Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification in Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
* Previous experience initiating and maintaining strategic relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
* Full clean driver's license.
