The Accounts Receivable Administrator will join our Cork team, reporting directly to Regional Director, and play a key role in administering large customer accounts.
This role is a part-time permanent contract and is site based in our depot at Tivoli, Cork.

Liaising with customer accounts payable contacts on monthly invoice processing Liaising with both HSS sales team and customer AP teams on dispute resolution Provide regular updates to credit control team on debt collection Ad hoc administrative requests together with supporting the HSS Hire Cork team.
Skills & Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced accounts receivable / administrative role would be a strong plus Strong analytical skills with high competency in Microsoft office products.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with existing team.
Capacity to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards and effective time management.
Energetic with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within a high-growth business.

Excellent oral and written communication fluency in English is a key requirement.
