Temporary Clerical Officer Position Available in Ennis
About the Role
We are seeking a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer to join our team in Ennis. This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week with overtime available.
The duration of this contract is month to month, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
* Manage and maintain electronic and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
* Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
* Handle inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
* IT proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous clerical or administrative experience required.
