Junior Accounts Administrator Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Killarney.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
* Follow up on outstanding invoices and handle discrepancies.
* Reconcile bank statements with internal accounts.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
* Assist with filing, mail handling, and other clerical tasks.
Qualifications and Experiences:
* Leaving certificate as a minimum along with additional qualification relating to finance or bookkeeping.
* Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus but not required.
* Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
