HireForce is working with a successful Irish Company who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This successful candidate will be responsible for payroll while also assisting with other accounts administration duties including accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have experience in Irish payroll and will play a crucial part in supporting the company's day-to-day financial functions.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with processing payrolls,
* Complete accuracy checks, generate payroll reports, and reconcile payments,
* Respond to Payroll queries and ensure compliance with payroll processes,
* Ensure the accurate upkeep of financial records including entering financial transactions,
* Provide administrative support to the head office team in administrative tasks and maintaining records.
Requirements:
* Experience with Payroll is essential,
* Experience with Accounts administration is desirable,
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
