Job Description
A Facilities Coordinator is required to join a renowned utilities organization on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Logging incoming Maintenance & Facilities Service related calls from clients (e.g. calls related to issues in different locations) by phone, email etc.
2. Coordinating work for technicians based on availability and location.
3. Liaising with the relevant functions, monitoring of call history and following up to ensure close out and completion of Maintenance & Facilities works on all sites.
4. Scheduling and Coordinating the repair and maintenance of facilities in all client sites.
5. Co-ordinate the reactive & preventative maintenance schedules for all sites.
6. Monitoring and coordination of scheduled maintenance activities.
7. Contract/Vendor Management.
8. Verification of contractor work completion and authorising payment of invoices,raising of PO's for pro-forma invoices.
9. Management of contract database and monitoring of contract expirations.
10. Obtain quotes when requested from vendors and suppliers as detailing price, delivery and other relevant information.
Experience and Qualifications:
11. Third Level Qualification in Building Services Management or related qualification is desirable.
12. Strong organisation and administration skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
14. Ability to track and manage ordering of supplies and services.
15. Fluent Written and spoken English.
