Embrace are currently recruiting Social Care Workers for our adults and children's residential houses in NAVAN, CO. MEATH. We are seeking applications from Social Care Workers who have a passion for supporting people in the community and helping them to develop within their homes. The successful candidate will be joining a strong team and will be overseen by a supportive management team.

Social Care Workers – Requirements
We are looking for motivated and experienced Social Care Workers who believe in developing people’s strengths. The successful candidates will provide residents with guidance, support, training, and activities to help them achieve their goals. We are looking for candidates who work well in a team environment, working closely with colleagues and the wider support team.
The primary purpose of this position is to work as part of a team to support our residents to live fulfilled and wholesome lives, enabling them to learn new skills and live happily and as independently as possible in their home.
Essential Requirements
1. Holding or pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Social Care / Applied Social Studies OR
2. Holding a Nursing Degree (be registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI))
3. Demonstrate knowledge of the legislation, regulations, and standards applicable to the provision of accommodation-based services to vulnerable people
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Full driving licence
