About Rutland Youth Service (RYS)
Established in 2023, RYS is dedicated to empowering young people aged 10-24 in one of Dublin's most diverse communities. We provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where young people can thrive and realize their full potential. With a mission to reduce offending behaviour and support better outcomes, we work closely with the probation service and deliver youth work programs tailored to the community needs.
RYS emerged from the merger of three longstanding youth services:
Adventure Sports Project (ASP), Lourdes Youth & Community Service (LYCS), and Belvedere Youth Project (BYP). Together, we aim to create a brighter future for young people in the North-East Inner City.
