Contracts Manager Contracts Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after a variety of Substation Projects, Residential and Education projects in the West of Ireland Region, primarily based between the Galway and Sligo region. Duties: Oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects, taking full responsibility. Establish and maintain systems to monitor, review, and control budgeted or agreed-upon expenditures. Implement the Company's Cost & Value Management procedures, ensuring all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and promptly for senior management. Collaborate closely with Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find suitable resolutions. Prepare and distribute monthly progress reports for Senior Management. Requirements: 3rd Level Degree Over 6 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Currently working in a multi-project contracts manager role.
