As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be commercially minded, sales savvy, and enjoy working with clients. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires a Business Analyst with exceptional stakeholder management experience.Accountabilities and Duties:Managing the transition of multiple software upgrades.Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.Deliver new requirements to clients.Consult with clients on best practices and process improvement.Oversee day-to-day tasks of the development team.Run scrum ceremonies.Cultivate strong business relationships with multiple clients and have the ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients.Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities.Gather detailed requirements and conduct multiple demonstrations of the application.Provide input on product enhancements based on client feedback.Work with stakeholders and the team to investigate operational issues, problems, and opportunities.Identify appropriate, effective, and efficient solutions through improvements in product and process.Define the scope, priorities, and benefits with stakeholders.Document business requirements.Define user acceptance tests.Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders.Business acumen.Commercially savvy with a genuine interest in business.Proficient with a variety of business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.Strong understanding of business structure and key business principles.Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.Previous Business Analysis or Project Management experience.
