Overview
We are seeking an accomplished HR Director to spearhead our HR function, driving recruitment, employee development, and organizational performance. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting Structure
This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and talent development.
* Lead and mentor the HR team, working closely with senior leadership to drive key initiatives.
* Manage recruitment efforts to attract top talent and fulfill staffing requirements.
* Design and implement training programs to foster growth, skill development, and career progression at all levels.
* Lead leadership development initiatives to improve managerial skills and boost employee engagement.
* Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet workforce needs.
* Collaborate with leadership to enhance retention through engagement and retention strategies.
* Develop and manage performance systems to track progress, provide feedback, and support career growth.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and maintain organizational compliance.
* Oversee HR audits, investigations, and reporting related to employment practices.
Requirements
* Experienced HR Director with 5 years' experience at a similar level
* Experience within a healthcare setting is essential
* Strong analytical skills
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong people management experience who enjoys managing a large team
