The hours of work for this role are generally: 0930 to 1530.
This role will cover both midweek and weekend days.
What are we looking for?
Excellent presentation, Exceptional Customer service and communication skills, Positive Attitude Good command of the English Language Experience in a cleaning role would be a distinct advantage.
Main Responsibilities: To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedures To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in bedrooms and bathrooms and areas of work throughout the hotel, including corridors, fire exits /stores.
To report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team To have a full knowledge of all Accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work.
To have a full knowledge of all products in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
