Job Title: Customer Care Administrator
Salary: €33k + free parking, pension, life assurance, discounted healthcare, and attractive bonus.
Location: Dublin City South (30 minutes from City Centre)
Contract: Full-time permanent, 37.5 hrs per week
Work Model: Monday - Friday, normal working hours
Are you an adaptable, service-focused professional with strong attention to detail? If so, we are seeking an organised and personable Customer Service and Administrative Support professional who embodies a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in every customer interaction. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in providing efficient and accurate responses to inquiries, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to multi-tasking and prioritisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records in the management system to ensure up-to-date information.
2. Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email, ensuring prompt response times.
3. Prepare accurate customer reports as needed, adhering to company standards and procedures.
4. Provide administrative support across the business and contribute to department-wide efficiency initiatives.
5. Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
1. Must have a full, clean EU driver's licence.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, with face-to-face and phone/email interaction.
3. Polished, well-presented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
4. Excellent administrative abilities with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
5. Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel) and capable of handling diverse tasks concurrently.
6. Flexible, with a positive attitude and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work to tight deadlines.
