The company is currently seeking a Design Coordinator to join their experienced team in a site based role in North Dublin.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the Senior Project Team and the Design Manager on Successful Project/Design Delivery ensuring project objectives and timelines are met with quality results.
Coordinate Internally with the Design Team and Specialist Subcontractors ensuring all are aligned with design goals
Implement the Design Management Plan ensuring the plan encompasses regulatory compliance, standardization, and clear workflows throughout the project.
Maintain All Required Registers and Trackers of All Design Deliverables
Review Constructability of Design Packages and Report to the Design Manager highlighting any risks to the design plan
Control and Report on Information Received from the Design Team in Conjunction with Program and Procurement Schedules according to project timelines.
Role requirements:
3rd level qualification in Engineering or Architecture
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent understanding of BIM tools and document control tools
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
