Lidon Group has a very exciting role for an enthusiastic, organised and outgoing individual looking to start a career in Human Resources in the role of HR Graduate within our HR team.
This is an on-site role and is based in Lidon Group Support Office in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare with some travel between our sites required.
So it is important that you have a full and clean Irish driving licence.
Our HR team is made-up of young, dynamic and professional "People Focused" individuals who have extensive experience in HR best practice and in the training and development of new HR talent.
Our team members work collaboratively with each other and with our colleagues on all Lidon Group sites and other support office departments.
We are looking for individuals who; have the ability to get on and work collaboratively with a range of people and who work well in a team and have a "can do" attitude have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, English essential have excellent IT skills MS Office, use of computers in general for research etc.

The duties include but are not limited to the following: Human Resources Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from staff.
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, employee handbooks, updated company policies and procedures etc.
Ensure the relevant HR databases are maintained accurately and comply with legislation.
Ensure Employee files are up to date.
Maintains all staff records in relation to new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking annual lave, sick, and personal time.
Proactively review current practices and identify and recommend streamlining initiatives Provide accurate and timely end user-friendly HR reporting to assist departmental management teams Recruitment & Training Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
Advertising, Screening, Set up interviews.
Sharing new ideas on how to reach the relevant audience for our vacancies.
Conduct induction training with new starters.
Maintain training records to ensure compliance with mandatory training i.e.
induction, manual handling, health and safety etc.
General Administration Provide administrative support to HR team members.
Typing correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents using MS office packages.
Assisting as note taker in various meetings from managers meetings to disciplinary meetings.
Fielding telephone calls, filing and data entry.
