Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Lead to join our Dunboyne site! In this role, you will be a vital part of our Maintenance team, driving accountability while ensuring the reliability and availability of our processes and equipment. Your technical expertise will guide the team in achieving operational goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.As the direct supervisor, you will focus on the training and development of your team, ensuring they adhere to site procedures. You will also manage the local budget and oversee projects to meet target outcomes.Building strong relationships across departments will be essential in resolving challenges and maintaining productivity.
