DescriptionA Day in the Life:
We’re looking for a passionate Technical Product Owner / Manager who knows how to define, de-risk and execute against a product vision. You will be collaborating with customers and colleagues on cross-functional and co-located product teams. The role demands strong product instincts, excellent communication skills, technical fluency, empathy, humility and an appreciation for and understanding of lean start up, agile and user-centered design values, principles and practices.
The ideal candidate should have experience delivering and shipping Digital Products to retail/B2B customers and operations.
Skills & Competencies:
Oversee and work on a daily basis with a team of developers
Solve complex problems using vehicle data and software engineering skills
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen focused on telematics / vehicle data
Successfully define, build, and launch telematics features / products
Communicate technical information clearly to various stakeholders
Manage relationships with external partners
Lead effectively, executing with technical and intellectual resources
Proficient with JIRA, Mural, etc..
Maintain and own the Product backlog by writing and testing user stories
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring seamless vehicle data integration
Must-haves:
Must have experience leading a team of devs, leading stand-ups, IPMs, etc..
Must have end-to-end experience with writing user-stories, testing user-stories alongside QA team, giving final go-ahead for Prod deployments
Manage and prioritise a product backlog
Successfully define, build, and launch product features, aligning with business goals
Apply agile methodologies for continuous delivery and improvement
Experience working with large quantities of data
