Job Title: Senior E-Discovery & Litigation Support Analyst
The Senior E-Discovery and Litigation Support Analyst will play a critical role in the identification, preservation, collection, and analysis of data as instructed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist legal and compliance teams with all phases of litigation or discovery for various types of matters and engagements.
* Facilitate the distribution and tracking of preservation hold notices, questionnaires, and hold releases.
* Manage and perform data collections from various repositories, applications, cloud-based solutions, and custodians using defensible methodologies.
* Configure database structures and permissions, analyze and load data into the proper toolset, and process and produce data as instructed.
* Conduct quality control reviews of databases and the E-Discovery environment, while analyzing and troubleshooting issues to identify solutions.
* Collaborate with internal and external counsel, vendors, custodians, and internal IT teams as needed.
* Provide status updates and reports on activities as assigned.
Requirements:
* Experience with e-discovery technology, preferably Relativity One, and familiarity with other common end-to-end E-Discovery and litigation support toolsets.
* Understanding of storage methodologies and effective methods of defensibly preserving, collecting, converting, reviewing, and producing data.
* Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to E-Discovery.
* Experience in designing and utilizing relational databases, performing quality control on data, and handling batch file creation and load file manipulation.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace and GCP is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering) and 4+ years of relevant experience. Preferred certifications include Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS), Relativity RCA, or similar.
