The ASI is currently recruiting a Donor Care Officer who will report to the Head of Fundraising.
This is a permanent contract, working 35 hours per week (9 – 5pm Monday to Friday). The successful candidate will work 3 days based in National Office Blackrock, 2 days Hybrid working.
Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to work outside of these hours on occasion.
The Donor Care Officer will assist in the execution of the organisation’s donor retention and Individual Giving strategic plan by improving the supporter journey programs. The role involves key administrative and essential donor care support with the goal of creating and maintaining a long-term relationship with donors. This role will play a vital part within the fundraising team.
The Donor Care Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the Society’s new and existing donors. This will include welcoming donors to the organisation and updating them on how their much-needed donation is helping our work. As Donor Care Officer, you will work closely with our Individual Giving Officer to deliver our fundraising strategy.
