We're looking for an Information Security Analyst with a strong understanding of security legislation and regulatory frameworks, particularly those influenced by the EU. This role sits within the Information Security (IS) team but offers the opportunity to engage with broader areas of the business - including airline safety, operations and industrial regulation. Please note this role operates in a hybrid model with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's Dublin office once per week. Key responsibilities & duties include: Monitor and interpret security legislation, directives, and standards (EU and global)Ensure the organization is aligned with relevant compliance and regulatory expectationsProvide oversight and guidance on security controls and standardsParticipate in audits and assurance activities across the businessCollaborate with internal teams across safety, operations and engineeringSupport the development and implementation of security policies and proceduresEngage with industry bodies to maintain awareness of emerging threats and regulatory changes Required Skills & Experience: Senior-level experience in information security or compliance rolesStrong understanding of EU directives, security legislation, and industry standardsAwareness of aviation or highly regulated industries (preferred)Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational practicesExperience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSolid knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, etc.)
