About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Irish team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showcasing our product's value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Create sales-qualified opportunities through cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches.
* Qualify leads and hand them over to Account Executives for closing.
* Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
* Engage prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Requirements
* Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
* A passion for a career in sales.
* Ideal 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
* Confidence to build trust and make an impact from the first interaction, coupled with excellent soft skills.
