Key Responsibilities
1. Review forecast information and customer orders on SAP and develop supply plans to meet these demands.
2. Analyse production capacity, material availability, and resource allocation to optimise production efficiency.
3. Develop schedules by work center ensuring optimized use of available capacity.
4. Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and components needed for production.
5. Monitor production progress and identify potential issues or bottlenecks; develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimise disruptions.
6. Maintain the MRP data on SAP for assigned products and areas.
7. Ensure real-time updates to our ERP System.
8. Support the preparation of the site Sales & Operations Planning Process.
9. Prepare supply chain metrics on a weekly basis.
10. Chair routine and ad hoc planning and scheduling meetings as required, communicating changes and additions to production schedules.
11. Create and maintain Master Data on SAP.
12. Proactively complete monthly obsolescence inventory review, classify potential risk and identify opportunities to minimize obsolescence.
13. Identify opportunities to optimize SAP functionality and reporting.
14. Contribute to the strategic development of the planning function and support continuous improvement efforts using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
15. Support and execute any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 2+ years Supply Chain Planning experience in a high volume, fast paced Manufacturing environment.
2. Knowledge in SAP desirable but not essential.
3. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, essential.
4. Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts.
5. Stakeholder relationship management experience. Experience interacting and building effective relationships at different levels within organization.
6. Ability to work in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
7. Good communication and time management skills.
Interviews will be conducted face-to-face onsite and will include a work sample exercise.
