Role Description
Due to expansion this is a new full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist /Accounts Administrator at Right Price Tiles & Wood Flooring in Cork City. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for payroll administration, processing payroll, conduct month-end payroll tasks including journal preparation.
Qualifications
* Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing.
* Experience with ROI and UK payroll and pensions.
* Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
* Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is important
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Managing the Timesheets from our Clock-in system for all stores.
* Calculation of commission on a monthly basis. This includes calculation of public holiday commission and holiday commission.
* Certification in Payroll is essential
* Adhoc duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
