As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a dedicated team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Your role will be pivotal in setting the standard for service and operational efficiency, providing a warm, welcoming environment to every guest.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support the Front of House team to deliver high-quality guest service.
Provide training on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure that the team is aligned with the hotel's service standards.
Guest Experience Management: Oversee smooth check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring every guest is welcomed efficiently and courteously.
Address guest concerns or requests in a timely and effective manner.
Reservation Management: Efficiently handle reservation calls, ensuring that all guest needs are met with the highest level of care.
Collaboration & Communication: Participate actively in Head of Department meetings.
Ensure the communication of key guest information and operational updates across departments.
Room Allocations: Oversee room allocations and work closely with the Accommodation team to ensure timely room availability, prioritising guest preferences and ensuring room readiness.
Promotion & Guest Engagement: Actively promote hotel services and amenities to guests, enhancing their stay and driving revenue across hotel outlets.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and administrative processes within the Front of House department, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 4 years Front of House Experience Leadership & Innovation: A proactive approach to leadership, with a fresh perspective on continuous improvement and team support.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Front Office systems, with experience in Hotsoft preferred.
Interpersonal & Organisational Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Education: Degree in Hotel Management
