My client, responsible for support services and based in Dublin City Centre, is seeking a customer support administrator for an immediate start to join their team. This role will have a contract with a review for extension and will involve hybrid working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
1. Providing excellent levels of customer service
2. Looking after customer queries logged through the ticket handling system within SLA agreements
3. Providing, updating, and evaluating ongoing processes and procedures
4. Reviewing and analyzing information from our clients’ customers
5. Providing and completing reports
6. Processing application forms
7. Providing general financial information such as payment updates
8. Responding to queries by both phone and email
9. Other ad hoc general administration and customer service tasks
The successful candidate will be required to have:
1. At least one year of experience within Customer Service or Call Centre
2. At least one year of experience within administration or finance
3. Proficiency in MS Office
4. Knowledge of SharePoint
