HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward through strategic HR initiatives.
About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business objectives. Your expertise will be essential in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
* Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
* Partner with other HR teams to deliver an excellent employee experience.
* Implement performance management programs and drive employee development initiatives.
* Enhance employee engagement and foster a high-performing organization.
* Stay updated on employment laws and regulations in Ireland, the UK, and the Nordics.
* Support organizational change initiatives and implement change management initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field; HR certification preferred (e.g. CIPD).
* 4-5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ireland, the UK, and the Nordics.
* Excellent interpersonal, multicultural communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and work across different regions and departments.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite; experience with Workday is preferred.
