If you’re ready to start your olfactive expedition, it would be marvellous to meet you…We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Penhaligon's, Kildare Village.What you'll get to doAs Assistant Store Manager, you'll be supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives, maintaining the highest operational and merchandising standards, and building, coaching, and developing our in-store team.Key responsibilities:Profit and Sales Generation:Meeting sales goals & demonstrating sales leadership to the teamCustomer Service:Empower the Fragrance Consultants to provide the highest level of customer serviceAssist the Store Manager in building the client database and running special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, etc.Operations:Ensure correct staffing levelsLook after areas of risk management, including physical security, store cash controls, and inventory managementDeliver relevant team member training, i.e., POS systemsConduct stock inventories as neededUnderstand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, petty cashMerchandising/Visual:Ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies, making sure the selling floor is always picture perfect and on brandPartner with operations, logistics & product teams to ensure the right assortment for the store, communicating inventory needs to support the business goalsHuman Resources:Work with the Store Manager to deliver all training programs and initiatives to develop the Fragrance ConsultantsAssist with evaluating the performance of each Fragrance Consultant and providing feedbackWe'd love to meet you if:You’re experienced in a niche, luxury environment and pride yourself on excellent customer serviceYou’re results-oriented and solutions-drivenYour interpersonal skills are excellent, and you love building relationshipsYou can influence, negotiate and lead others to actionYou’re resilient and persistentYou’re passionate about our Brand
