CRM Executive
We are seeking a capable CRM Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team. Your role will be focused on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention by leveraging data-driven insights and targeted marketing initiatives.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head of CRM to deliver programmes that acquire, retain, and grow our customer base in alignment with the defined CRM Strategy.
* Create engaging email campaigns and automations, optimising for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Conduct A/B testing and analyse data to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
* Test and implement evolving communication channels such as SMS and push notifications to support personalised content.
* Produce reports and perform analysis of regular and ad hoc campaigns, providing proactive feedback to the CRM team.
* Work closely with the creative team to brief marketing assets.
* Ensure we communicate effectively to customers at the right time with the right offer.
* Take ownership of your promotions and maintain high standards from planning to execution to analysis.
* Develop casino and exchange bonusing campaigns. Conduct ongoing competitor research and provide responsive recommendations.
* Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, working closely with the customer support team.
* Utilise strong problem-solving skills to identify problems and develop solutions.
* Demonstrate knowledge of integrated marketing messaging platforms, such as Xtremepush, Optimove, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Possess 1-2 years CRM experience in iGaming, Fintech, or similar industry.
* Fluency in Mexican Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is advantageous.
* Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Excel and possess a numerate and analytical mindset.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Exhibit an enthusiastic and driven personality, ability to work autonomously, and strong results-driven orientation.
* Able to prioritise tasks effectively and work to challenging deadlines.
* Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Interact effectively with others and build strong relationships.
* A solid understanding of Betting Exchange, Sportsbook, and Casino operations is beneficial.
* Pursue a degree in maths, statistics, or a related field of study.
