Talent, Development & Employee Experience SpecialistReporting to the SVP Human Resources – Talent, Development and Employee Experience, you will gain a breadth of experience in supporting the end-to-end employee experience across our global network.
As a fast-paced agile HR team, the secret to our success is the ability to flex and to step in and support each other - there will be times when you will get involved in and support initiatives across the broader HR team.
The role will support the development and implementation of talent management strategies, employee development programs, and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Support with E2E recruitment processes across all levels of the business: identification of resourcing need, job posting, agency engagement, CV screening, interviewing and hiring.
Play a key role in supporting with all elements related to our Early Careers Programmes:
recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring.
Support on development of Learning & Development activities of the business, as well as planning, implementing, scheduling and evaluating all programmes.
Lead on global wellbeing initiatives as part of the 'S' (Social) in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda.
Assist with the embedding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policies and practices into the end-to-end talent lifecycle.
Assist with the Performance Management cycle.
Optimisation of HRIS to ensure an effective employee and manager experience relating to talent, development and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in a corporate people centred role, ideally a HR role.
Proven track record in a HR generalist or specialist role.
Proficiency with HRIS systems would be an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Self-starter with strong commitment to deliver excellence, with an aptitude for pace and embracing change.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
