Senior Finance Analyst, Supply Chain
We are an innovative and rapidly growing company, and we are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, Supply Chain to join our finance team and contribute to the continued growth and success of our business.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Owning the month-end processes, ensuring accurate financial results and timely reporting.
* Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying the causes of any unexpected supply chain variances.
* Preparing and owning standard costs, providing monthly variance explanations and identifying associated risks or opportunities.
* Leading the forecasting cycle for Supply Chain, including annual and quarterly updates.
* Collaborating with the Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager to enhance supply chain reporting processes.
* Providing financial leadership and strong business partnering support to the Supply Chain team.
* Developing financial models to deliver insights, cost optimization opportunities, and improve supply chain efficiency.
* Acting as a key stakeholder in all finance-led supply chain projects.
* Delivering ad-hoc business performance reporting and financial evaluations as needed.
Requirements
* An accounting designation (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
* A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred.
* Proven experience ideally in Supply Chain Finance, with a background in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
* Strong Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to manipulate large data sets and produce meaningful financial reports.
* Previous experience working in a multinational and fast-paced environment is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across various departments.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to think critically and provide strategic financial insights.
* Experience with planning/forecasting tools is a plus.
