Key Responsibilities
* Providing reliable and commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice to clients via phone on all matters, from general to complex queries.
* Taking part in an excellent training program and having the potential to gain a postgraduate qualification.
The ideal candidate will have good employment law knowledge, either through studies or work experience, and a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable. Previous experience in a KPI-driven environment, ideally in a shared service center, would be highly desirable. The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work under pressure in a fast-moving performance-driven environment is essential.

About the Role
The shift pattern for this role is 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, with varying shifts between 7am and 9pm. Core shifts are typically 9am-5:30pm, but every couple of weeks you may be required to work alternative shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
* Good employment law knowledge, either through studies or work experience.
